This zucchini recipe will become a favorite with your family and friends! It will make a perfect addition to your breakfast, lunch or dinner!


- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 cup of sugar 3 small to medium-sized zucchini's - shredded
- 3/4 cups of vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt


1. Pre heat oven to 325 degrees F
2. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients
3. In a separate bowl, mix wet ingredients
4. Stir all ingredients together until well blended.
5. Pour into baking pan and bake for 60 minutes
6. Remove from oven and let cool completely before removing from pan and slicing

Try adding 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts or raisins to enhance the experience!
