Wild Mushroom Vegetarian Sandwich

This delicious vegetarian sandwich is ready in minutes and makes the perfect lunch.


- Whole wheat french roll
- Mayonnaise (for vegan, use vegan mayonnaise)
- 3 slices of Field Roast, deli sliced, wild mushroom vegan meat
- 3 slices of tomato
- handful of chopped green pepper
- handful of chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
- pinch of all purpose seasoning
- Cheese of choice (optional)


1. Place onions and peppers in a small frying pan
2. Sprinkle the onions and peppers with all purpose seasoning and olive oil
3. Saute the onions and peppers for two minutes
4. Spread mayo on roll and place field roast meat slices in roll
5. Add cheese (optional), tomatoes, sauted onions and peppers to the roll

Try adding chopped green olives
