Vegan Fruit Tarts

This vegan dessert is a must try! It is absolutely delicious and your family and friends will love it!

Ingredients:

- 1 cup of almonds
- 8 pitted dates
- a pinch of ginger
- 2 cup of cashews
- 1/3 cup of irish moss
- 3 tsp of vanilla
- Salt
- 1 cup of peaches
- 1/2 cup of apricot
- 4 guavas without seeds
- 1/4-1/2 cup of water
- Strawberries as needed, cut into thin slices
- blueberries as needed
- Raspberry as needed

Directions:

1. With a strong blender or food processor (so it's nice and smooth), blend crust ingredients and set aside
2. With a strong blender or food processor (so it's nice and smooth), blen 1st cream layer ingrediens and set aside
3. With a strong blender or food processor (so it's nice and smooth), blen 2nd cream layer ingrediens and set aside
4. Put your dessert together by spooning some crust into a small plataic cup, then spooning your first cream layer and then second second cream layer onto the crust
5. Garnish with fruits of your choice
6. Chill and serve!

Tips:
- Try using different fruits
- The second layer of cream can be optional

Crust:
1 cup of almonds

3/4 cup of unsweetened coconut
a pinch of ginger

First Layer of Cream:
1 cup of cashews
1/3 cup of irish moss
2 tsp of vanilla
a pinch of salt
1 cup of peaches
1/2 cup of apricot

Second Layer of Cream
1 cup of cashews
1 tsp of vanilla
a pinch of salt
4 guavas without seeds
1/4-1/2 cup of water

Fruits:
Strawberries as needed, cut into thin slices
Kiwis as needed, cut into thin slices
blueberries as needed
Raspberry as needed
