This easy to prepare, healthy salad makes a perfect lunch or light dinner.

Ingredients:

- Chopped lettuce (pick your measure)
- 1/8 cup of vegan Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup of vegan Taco Meat
- 1/2 cup of guacamole dip
- Pita Chips (pick your measure)

Directions:

Salad:

1. lay bed of lettuce in salad dish
2. Spoon taco meat onto the salad
3. Spoon guacamole dip onto the salad
4. Spoon sour cream onto the salad, taco meat and guacamole
5. Garnish salad with pita chips

Tips:

- You may want to use an ice cream scoop to scoop your taco meat onto the salad
- Experiment with your bed of salad using mixed greens, spinach, etc.
