This Raw (vegan) ice cream is safe for gluten-free diets and is absolutely delicious!


- 1 cup Cashew or macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup of Young coconut meat
- pinch of salt
- 1 table spoon vanilla
- 1 table spoon of lecithin granule
- 1/2 cup of Agave nectar/ or other sweetener such as honey or maple syrup
- 2 Cups of your favorite frozen fuits


1. In a blender, mix all creme ingredients and add a little water if needed

2. Mix in your frozen fruits and blend until smooth
