Pico de Gallo

Pico de Gallo is a delicious appetizer that Jessie gave me.


- 10 plum tomatoes diced
- 1/2 large white onion diced
- 1 bunch cilantro chopped
- 2 large cloves of garlic finely chopped
- 1 - 3 (depending on how hot you want it) jalepeno peppers finely chopped
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- Salt to taste


1. Combine tomatoes, onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapenos and salt in a serving bowl
2. Sprinkle lemon juice over ingredients
3. Serve with chips

Some peppers are duds so consider having a serrano pepper on hand just in case you like it hot!
Consider using "El Ranchero Tortilla Chips" for great taste
