Jalapeno-Tofu Wrap

This Jalapeno-Tofu wrap will make you the hero of any party! Your family and friends will love them!


- 1/2 package of extra firm tofu (8oz)
- 1/8 cup of extra virgin olive oil (for the tofu)
- 1 Jalapeno-Cheddar Tortilla Wrap
- Two slices of tomates, then diced
- 1/8 cup of diced onions
- 1/8 cup of diced green peppers
- 2 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil (for your stir fry)
- All purpose seasoning (to taste)
- Mayannaise or Vegan Mayonnaise (to taste)
- 1/2 jalapeno, diced (optional to make it more spicy)



1. Cut tofu into thick cubes
2. In a bowl (that has a cover) sprinkle tofu cubes with olive oil and all purpose seasoning to taste
3. Cover the bowl and shake until tofu is coated with olive oil and seasoning (add additional oil or seasoning as needed)
4. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
5. Bake coated tofu cubes on a well greased baking sheet for 40 minutes
6. Turn tofu cubes over at the 20 minute mark so they bake evenly


1. Place onions and green peppers in a small frying pan
2. Spinkle olive oil and all purpose seasoning on the onions and green peppers and stir fry for one minute or until tastes blend.
3. Lay tortilla flat and spread mayonnaise on it
4. Spoon stir-fried onions and green peppers onto the center of your wrap
5. Spoon tomatoes onto the center of your wrap
6. Take 6 to 8 tofu cubes and spread them on top of the onions, green peppers and tomatoe bed
7. Roll up your wrap and enjoy!


- The wraps are already spicy but you can add a jalapeno or remove the mayainnoise to make it more spicy.
- Increase the recipe items to make additional wraps
