This simple to make sandwich is healthy and delicious! Your friends will love it!


- 2 Slices of whole wheat or rye bread
- 3 or 4 slices of tomatoes
- 3 or 4 slices of cucumber
- Roasted red pepper hummus


1. Spread hummus on both bread slices generously
2. Place tomato slices on one bread slice
3. Place cucumbers on top of the tomatoes
4. Cover the first bread slice with the remaining slice to complete your sandwich
