Try this delicious black bean wrap! Perfect for a fast and easy vegetarian lunch or dinner.


- 1 Garden Spinach Herb Tortilla Wrap
- 1 cup cooked black beans
- 1/2 cup of chopped green lettuce
- 1/2 plum tomatoe, diced
- 2 tablespoons of thousand island dressing
- 1 teaspoon of honey
- 3 tortilla chips, crushed


1. Place beans in a small bowl and smash them with an appropriate utensil
2. In a separate small bowl, mix lettuce and tomatoes
3. Add thousand island dressing and honey to lettuce and tomatoes and mix together
4. Add the 3 crushed tortilla chips to the Lettuce mix and mix together
5. Pour lettuce mix and beans into the tortilla wrap and roll it up
6. Enjoy!

Try seasoning the beans with your favorite seasonings. Be careful that it does not clash with the lettuce mix.
