Bring your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy this delicious dip!

- 2 cans black beans (about 15 oz each)
- 1 medium to large tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced (remove seeds and membrane if you want it less spicy)
- 2 scallions, finely chopped
- 1/2 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime (add more lime to taste if needed)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1. Boil beans in a pan until they get a bit more tender
2. With a slotted spachula (so they can drain) transfer two cups of beans to a food processor
3. In a separate bowl, combine tomato, jalapeno pepper, scallions, cilantro, lime and salt
4. Mix in drained, processed beans until well combined

Make sure the beans are fully drained before processing them
If you like a little more lumpy dip, process half the beans and chopped the others manually
