Your family and friends will absolutely love this delicious banana bread recipe! Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner or by itself with your favorite juice.

Ingredients:

- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 3 large bananas, mashed
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt (optional)

Directions:

1. Pre heat oven to 325° F
2. In a large bowl, mix sugar, bananas, oil and eggs. Stir in remaining 5 ingredients. Pour into pan.
3. Bake for 60 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
4. Let cool completely before removing from pan and slicing

Tips:
Try adding copped pecans or walnuts
Try adding Chocolate chips
