Ingredients:- two slices of whole wheat bread
- 1/2 small avocado, ripe
Directions:1. Spread cilantro-mayo on two pieces of bread as desired
2. Smash your ripe avocado so that it spreads
3. Spread avocado on one of the slices of bread
4. Layer your tomatoes over the same slice that contains the avocado
5. Close your sandwich and enjoy!
- Make sure your avocado is ripe or this recipe will not work for you!
- Consider sprinkling black ground pepper on your sandwich
